SPACE FOOD EXPERIENCE TOUR
Our Space Food Experience kicked off with the inaugural event at the Italian Consulate in Zurich, Switzerland, on November 15th. The gastronomic format is promoted by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation on the occasion of Italy’s National Space Day 2023. Developed in collaboration with Collectibus Società Benefit, the Space Food Experience is an experiential gastronomic journey to discover the recipes we created for space missions andthat inspired by the principles of nutrigenomics and the Haravd Healthy Eating Plate guidance.
After the inaugural event in Zurich, the tour will stop in four Italian Embassies around the world (Tokyo, 21 November – Seoul, 23 November – Brussels, 7 December – Paris, 12 December) with a series of live shows that will tell the history, studies and scientific research underlying the preparation of space food.
